for Ringwood East Loyalty Program
The following Terms and Conditions apply to and govern the Ringwood East Loyalty Program (also referred to as the “Ringwood East Passport” or “the Program”) which is a customer rewards program initiative by South East Program Alliance utilising the Stamp Me App. The program incentivises shopping local during Level Crossing Works at Ringwood East. It is funded by Laing O’Rourke Construction Pty Ltd.
Creating an account on the Stamp Me App and opting into the program means the User automatically agrees to the terms and conditions as specified below, as well as the Stamp Me user conditions specified here.
The Ringwood East Passport is a Loyalty Program whereby upon spending $10 or more (inclusive of GST) in one transaction at a participating business (see back of digital card), the User qualifies to collect one stamp by tapping their phone on the provided NFC card displayed on the counter at the Business, through the Stamp Me Application.
Upon collecting nine stamps on the digital card, a digital reward voucher for the value of $10 is automatically triggered and stored in ‘Rewards’.
The e-voucher can be claimed on a future transaction above $10, within 30 days of issuing, valid at any participating business.
The card will refresh after completion, and can be used multiple times.
Additional vouchers not linked to the Stamp Card may be sent to all or select members to boost engagement across the precinct.
3.1. Joining:
3.1.1. To participate in the Stamp Me Program, the User must download the Stamp Me Application from either the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).
3.1.2. The User must register an account on Stamp Me with basic personal information. 2-factor authentication by SMS verification is required to secure the account.
3.1.3. The User must then join the Program by searching via the in-app search functionality and joining “Ringwood East Passport”. Alternatively, by scanning a QR code displayed on posters.
3.1.4. Only one Stamp Me Account should be created per User. If it is discovered that a User has created multiple Stamp Me accounts, Stamp Loyalty Solutions reserve the right to terminate all accounts without notice.
3.1.5. In-app restrictions may be automatically applied if multiple accounts per User are created.
3.1.6 Staff, including owners or directors, full-time, part-time or casual employees of any of the participating businesses, are not permitted to take part in the Ringwood East Passport. Businesses may face termination from the program if staff are suspected of partaking.
3.2. Stamping:
3.2.1 The User qualifies to collect one stamp on the Stamp Card when they make a purchase of $10 (inclusive of GST) or more in a single transaction at a participating business. The User must not scan the QR code unless a qualifying purchase has been made.
3.2.2. Only one stamp is issued per day, per business. For example, if the User makes a purchase of $50 at Business 1, they qualify for one stamp. They cannot collect a stamp at that participating business 1 on that business day again.
3.2.3. The User can collect multiple stamps at different businesses on the same day. For example, a User can spend $50 at Business 1 for one stamp, and afterwards spend $10 at Business 2 for another stamp.
3.2.4. A time delay of two minutes applies between collecting stamps which means 120 seconds must lapse between each stamp collection. Stamp Me and/or SEPA reserve the right to increase the time delay period at any time.
3.2.5. Users who have unusual stamp activity will be investigated.
3.2.6. Stamp Loyalty Solutions reserve the right to terminate any Accounts and permanently block future participation where fraud or unusual activity is suspected, with no prior notice.
3.3. Rewards:
3.3.1. Rewards are issued in the form of e-vouchers for qualifying actions, which are saved in the Rewards area of the Stamp Me App (gift icon).
3.3.2. Reward vouchers must be used on a future visit/transaction. The business cannot apply the discount on the same transaction that qualifies for a stamp.
3.3.3. Vouchers must be redeemed within the Stamp Me application by unlocking against the plastic NFC card.
3.3.4. No print-outs, copies, video recordings or screenshots will be accepted. Vouchers must be shown to staff upon claiming as animated e-vouchers on the User’s phone.
3.3.5. Vouchers have no cash value and must not be shared or sold to any other party.
3.3.6. No change will be given for purchases less than the value of $10 where a $10 voucher is used.
3.3.7. All reward vouchers expire 30 days from the date of issue. No replacements or refunds will be given for unclaimed reward vouchers that have expired. Stamp Me/SEPA reserve the right to change the expiry date of vouchers at any time.
3.3.8. A minimum spend of at least $10, inclusive of GST applies in order to redeem any reward vouchers.
3.3.9. Only one reward voucher must be redeemed per user at a single trader in a business day. E.g. on a bill of $50, only one $10 voucher discount can be applied. Multiple reward vouchers cannot be claimed at the same time.
3.3.10. The User must confirm the business will accept the discount before unlocking the e-voucher. Stamp Loyalty Solutions is not liable for any lost vouchers that have not been honoured by the participating business.
3.3.11. The participating business will be refunded for the value of your redemption if it meets these conditions. The User does not need to do anything.
3.3.12. No cash will be refunded for instances where the participating business does not honour the discount.
